By booking an appointment with Bury Skin & Laser Clinic, you agree to our booking, cancellation and clinic policies.

All treatments require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being shortened where another client is booked immediately afterwards.

Some treatments require a consultation, patch test or completion of a medical/consultation form before treatment can take place. Treatment may be declined or postponed where our therapist considers it unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.

Prices, treatment times and promotional offers may be subject to change. Any current offer terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

All treatments require a deposit to secure the appointment.

If you cancel, reschedule or make significant changes to your appointment within 48 hours of your treatment time, your deposit will be retained and will not be refundable or transferable, except where required by law.

This policy is in place because late cancellations leave us with appointment time that we may be unable to offer to another client.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also result in the loss of your deposit.

By paying your deposit and confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.

At Bury Skin & Laser Clinic, our team is committed to treating every client with professionalism, kindness and respect.

We expect the same courtesy to be shown to our staff.

Abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour towards any member of our team will not be tolerated.

Where necessary, we reserve the right to end an appointment, refuse treatment or decline future bookings in order to protect the wellbeing and safety of our staff and clients.
